nice place only the mattress was way too soft: terrible backache ensued

Staff was very helpful. I stayed with my husband and 6m baby. They were many facilities for baby like baby shampoo, crib and baby monitor available.
The beds were firm and on the floor, safe for cosleeping with baby.

Old town Karuizawa Ginza was very close by and about 10 mins from the train station. The beds were so comfy
