Overall the property was well managed, clean, with some dust and dirt on carpet. The cleaner forgot to take the bathroom garbage out before us. Manager was very helpful checking us in. We had to wait a bit at the door, but we forgot to inform him 24 hrs before per check in instructions. Location is good. Very close to the old town, easy walk to the restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great view from the terrace…comfy beds across the rooms and very cozy. Kids enjoyed the location of the tv. Close to park and restaurants.

Claudia checked us in and she was just all sunshine and light. Charming, helpful and just a pleasure to talk to.
The room was great with a great view of the Convent of Christ and Castle of Tomar on the hill. Met one of the owners briefly and he was very helpful in getting us a cab. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel, but not included with the hotel was very very good.
