The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a kitchenette with filtered water was helpful too. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

I had a superb experience from the email request for birthday decoration right through to check in. The hotel staff were helpful, attentive, and made the stay feel special. The only downside was that my room card was not functioning properly. Every time I left the hotel and returned, it needed to be reprogrammed, which was quite inconvenient because I had to go all the way back to the concierge to get it fixed. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, as everything else about the stay was excellent.

This is my first time staying out by the airport when in Singapore for a day or two rather than choosing a downtown hotel location. I was very pleased with my choice.
The hotel is very clean, has good amenities, and the room was very comfortable. Staff were exceptional -- very quick at check-in and all staff that I encountered were very nice. Exceptionally convenient being one stop from the airport on the MRT and with two lines directly next door heading into CBD. Also, a shopping mall next door for anything you need.
Solid value for money and I will definitely stay again.

The check in was swift and location was convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet in the higher floor. Will book this hotel again.
