Friendly staff, good breakfast option, well maintained. Highlights: the park Ueno right in front of the hotel made our Tokyo visit much less overwhelming. And the laundry is super easy to use, which is very helpful for light packers. I recommend it for sure!

Room size was good for family of four in Tokyo, staff were very friendly and helpful, and facilities were clean and well-kept. Onsen was fantastic with spectacular views from top floor, laundry facilities available, breakfast also available but very basic
We enjoyed our stay as also close to Train stations and bustling local markets and restaurants

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and really lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The highlight for us was the public bath — it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a nice view of Ueno Park. It made the whole experience feel peaceful and refreshing.
Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and a great bath area overlooking the park. We’d happily return.
