This is my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing this time . Still acceptable tho. The staff were nice tho. They changed the stained duvet cover quickly after I called them.

Staff were not very helpful in finding the hotel parking. They gave me a map, but failed to give me the orientation from initial start point. I drove for Bout 25 minutes in circles before figuring it out.

Place was clean, onsen great, laundry facilities were free except dryer and that was only 100 yen. The only bad thing I could say is that it is a little far from the JR train station but you can make it in about 12 minutes. We stay at this Dormy inn a lot.
