Everything was good overall — the hotel and amenities were nice. However, the bed was quite hard, and the breakfast selection was very basic. I think offering more variety would improve the experience for guests.
The only part we truly did not like was our experience at the pool on the morning of checkout. The receptionist loudly reminded us of the checkout time in front of other guests, even though we had already been informed the night before. It made us feel rushed and almost as if we were being pushed out of the hotel, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

This hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Vico Equense and just 5 minutes walk from the train station where you can easily reach Naples, Sorrento, Herculaneum, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. It's a spacious hotel with some rooms overlooking the bay, very clean and the food, particularly the breakfast buffet is great.

Offers great views in a wonderful location. The hotel is clean, bright and quiet. The pool was closed while we were there but it looks like it would be amazing. The staff were amazing! They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. They would make us fresh omelettes every morning.
