Had a hiccup when I first arrived with no key to unlock my capsule. This was rectified within the first fifteen minutes, which was fantastic! Would stay here again! Great location and clean amenities

Capsule first timer.
Clean and an excellent shower.

Neat, tidy, comfortable, and private bedroom that makes it feel much safer to sleep in compared to other backpacker hostels. The whole hotel is clean and well-maintained. The price you pay for a quiet, peaceful, and private bedroom here is similar to what you'd pay in backpacker hostels in Hobart or elsewhere in and around Australia.
