Coastal Palms Inn & Suites

Coastal palm inn was a good hotel overall, pool was a little small and pool hours at 8pm was a little early but not a deal breaker breakfast was regular same items everyday not so good but the beach chairs and luggage carts were a plus. The short distance from the beach was the best part, especially with small children. One thing I will say really sucked was the wifi no connection at all.You can do better and improve the wifi.

I had a weekend vacation with my kids who were happy with the stay. A few things could be improved 1. The room cleaning needs consistency considering the beach location and sands is expected nuisance. My room was not cleaned during the two nights stay although the staff were responsive when we requested extra towels and sheets. The extra sheets that we found in the room were dirty. 2. I had to sacrifice my shorts that fall in the unit below my room and the staff on duty was slow to respond or make attempts to recover it from the occupants. 3. The common bathroom lights on the second floor do not work which make it awkward to use.

Room was clean and stocked. Blanket had a lot of stray strands of hair and sheets had thinning areas from overuse. Staff can just be mindful of those things, they did not negatively affect my stay. We always stay here while in ocean city because the rooms are spacious and a block from the beach front.
