Hotel was great. The elevator broke and I was stuck on it for 10-15 minutes. Staff didn’t seem to care. A simple apology would’ve been nice.

Spotless, lovely rooms. The bathroom was very spacious and I loved the rainfall shower. Service was welcoming and super kind. I left personal items behind and was contacted by phone and email. Thanks so much!
