The Staff are so kind and show what true customer service is. I also would like to send a special Thank you to Rose the day trip organiser, she is fantastic at her job. The location hotel is perfect a 5 min walk if that from the beach and easy access to nearby bars. The pool is also a nice size and breakfest has a nice selection.

The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.
