Amazingly helpful staff who helped me deal with a big issue. Room design is nice and luxurious. Some small touches which we really appreciated. The access to doors are easy once you got through all the registration

Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. It was beautiful and conveniently located and we had a hard time leaving!

Amazing!! The apartment / room were spectacular, design, convenience, cleanliness was all so well thought through. We arrived really early and the staff let us drop our luggage early and also prioritised cleaning our room. Perfect for a family, I just we had more days there!
