Positives: The room was very clean when we got there. The host was very kind to us and also very helpful. The room is very well located, just a few minutes away from the central area.
Negatives : The AC was not strong enough for our liking. The host provided us with a fan which helped a lot. There was only 1 key to the room and we were 2 people. It was sometimes a little bit of a challenge to synchronize everything.

Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.

Our stay in Lecce was really wonderful and the property location made it even more so. A convenient and short walk to the historic part of town. It was modern, clean and secure. Rosario accommodated us with a midnight check- in and helped us arrange airport transfer. A glitch in the WiFi was remedied . He went out of his way for sure!
