The hotel staff, Mario, was most welcoming. It’s a very charming hotel with an amazing view on Palma Cathedral’s.

What an amazing short break at Hotel Basilica in Palma. Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming.
Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended.
