The hotel is located on the third floor of a building, it is a bit difficult to find since this information is not provided beforehand. When I arrived at the reception, no one was there. The hotel may consider sending entry codes to the guests via email so that they don't have to wait.

Centrally located in old town Bilbao. Has a locker facility right across. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room has no air conditioning, just a fan which was not enough. The bathroom was ok, with a good shower.

Great location. Superior room allocated exceeded expectations. Great cathedral view. Would recommend and we will stay again.
