For the price I don’t want to expect too much but the room was older, the shower was not to good. We were provided 1 towel only. the same for the toilet it didn’t work very well but did get the job done. Overall I believe that a 6 rating is appropriate for this hotel because it is older, no amenities and facilities are only adequate. The price was very reasonable for a place to crash after a long day out.

"Love to stay at Hiep Yen. Room small but clean. Even internet was not working for the last 3 days. Hope the manager can solve that problem asap. Short distance from the beach and local foods "
