La Spezia by The First

Our stay was great. Our room was large and clean. We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was good and the room was very spacious.

The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one.

The room was clean but to access the room is kinda complicated with the code, keycard and key. We felt almost too safe with all the locks on the doors. We overall recommand it because of the location.

High quality room! About a 20 min walk from La spezia centrale. Fridge is wall mounted and very small, but close to food and city center and made for an easy leaping off point to Cinque Terre. Great balcony!
