Excellent hotel. Value for money. It is in the same building as the San Mamés station. Super clean and modern. Loved it.

Great room, close to busses, very clean

Everything was great. Only problem was our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was super hot that day and night. Did complain about it, as it was so late when we checked in they couldn’t do anything. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again next time, hopefully the air conditioning will work.

La verdad es que no esperamos mucho, dado su ubicación al lado de la terminal de autobuses. Pero nos equivocamos en esto: todo fue excelente y volveríamos para la próxima.
We didn't expect that much, since it's right next to the bus station and that's why we picked it. Our mistake! Everything was truly excellent and we would absolutely stay there again.
