Great Hotel, Clean, comfortable, good staff, no luxury, but good AC and everything you need for your stay. The most important thing, the best location in all Nice, close to transportation, the beache, all the cafes & Restaurant. I wil use it again.

Second stay here. Much more pleasant room this time. Clean, quiet room. Staff very nice and helpful with dining suggestions. Close to shopping and 3 minute walk to the train station. Room was comfortable with the air conditioner. I did not have breakfast.
