Checkin online or at their hotel nearby, very nice and accomodating staff. Continental Breakfast wonderful and complete. Beautiful setting this Palacio and nearby the highway. Beautiful room and bathroom

Property was beautiful. Almost seemed like we had the entire place to ourselves! As location was managed remotely, not much engagement with staff- went to another nearby hotel to fill out some paperwork. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast :)

Amazing old 17th century palace recently renovated to extremely high standard.
A beautiful building with very attentive staff.
A good night's sleep in a very quiet room with amazing wooded ceiling
One small gripe, you have to check in at another hotel down the road!
Not a massive problem, but not so great if it's getting late and you're tired.
