WE encountered a major family matter concerning a fal of our mother just prior to our arrival which ment we had to cancel our reservation at this hotel . The staff and management went beyond themselves to help with taking care of our other family members and helped with working with EXpedia to cancel our stay so my wife could be with her mother to take care of her . We suggest that everyone looking for quality staff and rooms choose to stay at Home Inn and Suites Yorkton .
