As a first-time visitor to Madrid, all I was looking for was a room with a bed in a convenient location, and HNGI certainly provided that: great location just off Gran Via close to the B

I accidentally lost something and was very worried, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
They made calls to different places for me and also comforted me when I was upset.
I’m really grateful for their support — thank you so much!
