Room was clean with small balcony and small workspace desk as advertised.
I would stay here again, but some
FYI for other travellers.
Bed is very high.
Blackout curtains did not fully black out the room as light leaked in around sides of curtains.
On L3 quite a bit of noise from the street and I think a plumbing pipe/ gutter near my particular room so we heard running water, at varying volume, near constantly

I come up to Sydney every 4-6 weeks for the weekend and have stayed here a bunch. It's always nice and easy to check in, just back from the Harbour so everything is nice and close but it feels out the way which I like. Bagel place downstairs is great and I like the rooms. A little squashed when it comes to storage but I put my bag under the bed which solved this issue. Price is great and I just like staying here

Very convenient, clean and close to light rail and Darling Harbour. Room a little small but ideal for a single person or couple. Will definitely stay there again as easy access to the Fish Markets and inner west.
