Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and chocolate hour was such a nice touch.
The location is good- far enough away from the main road to be quiet, but station, shops and restaurants all within walking distance

Aside from an odor in the room due to the air conditioning, the rest was great. Awesome shower water pressure, bed was comfortable, location and shuttle to mall was perfect. We upgraded to executive which came with lounge access, definitely worth it!
