PERFECT!!

Beautiful buildings in a very convenient location in the middle of the Ubud CBD.
The rooms are basic but cheap. There was an air conditioner in the room and the wi fi was good.
The bathroom wasn't so good. The shower was cold and the sink leaked all over the bathroom floor. But I was happy to overlook this due to the cheap price of the rooms.

While the location is excellent, the accommodation was very basic. My rooms had no top sheets, also no towel or toilet paper or soap. Bad smells, like septic. Hard to find staff.
