The place is accessible to train, bus, grocery, restaurants. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. Included breakfast is one of the best I’ve had!

We only stayed for one night but I wish many more places were like this! Staff at reception super nice, great service, clean and spacious room for two and so nice to include breakfast! Booked very last minute and allowed to leave our luggage until ready.
Thank you!

I was arriving late at the station. This is a short and safe walk to Chiara Lodge. Whilst there was no one on duty, the instructions and the welcome were clear and organised. Highly recommend.
