The hotel was nice , rooms a little small , but I guess it’s everywhere in Japan ) close to many shopping and dining places and metro station . Wish there were more western options for breakfast, but other then that we had a great stay

We stayed in a suite. The hotel room was huge and had a lot of space for four travelers and all your luggage. The staff were great. The buffet had something for everyone to eat. There is an Nespresso in the room, which was greatly appreciated. And the rooms were super clean and an amazing shower.

Great and helpful staff. Gave us information on where to go. Held our bags for us. Called a taxi and easy to communicate with in English. We would highly recommend their customer service.
The Breakfast was also top notch with lots of variety in a very nice setting. Again, great service and good food.
