Owner, Karen, was great! Went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. From great breakfasts to travel advice she was terrific! Would definitely return again....

Lovely, spacious, comfortable home with an excellent host and a great location for exploring Canandaigua. The host takes care to serve healthy, local breakfast foods and caters to your preferences. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We were there for just a single overnight stay but it was a totally enjoyable experience. Charming setting, warm and friendly host, very comfortable and spotless room, and a delicious breakfast complete with descriptions of the items and the use of lots of locally sourced ingredients.
