Great breakfast! Staff wonderful!!! Very clean. Comfy beds

Very clean and quiet. It was very close to shopping and attractions. The breakfast was great too.

Air conditioning & hot water works very well, excellent breakfast lots of selections, staff was very helpful. Staff was very considerate, we're able to check in early. Location was near to all major attractions. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and to all who we know wants to travel to Florence, Italy. So long until we meet again, ciao!

We arrived super early at 11 hoping to just be able to drop our bags and explore but much to our surprise our room was ready! Carlo at the front reception was super friendly and super helpful. After the first night, it was a bit hot but Carlo lowered the AC from his computer for us Canadians not used to the heat. Breakfast was awesome and I enjoyed the little candy and water station set up in the lobby, including a glass of free prosecco each night! The room had a high vaulted ceiling, Juliette window and modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly. It’s a super convenient location to explore Florence - right between the Duomo and the Accademie, close to the leather market and Uffizi, wine windows and pasta making classes. And gelato!! Many streets are pedestrian only. So many adventures! Highly recommend staying here as your base while exploring this beautiful city.
