We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend

Accommodating staff on arrival. The hotel is lovely really comfy bed the breakfast area has extended since our last stay which was needed. However, the food wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Overall really enjoyed our stay here.
