The price of the room was good for the area. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was abundant. The beds were comfy and the pillows were fluffy. The bathrooms were clean.
The carpets outside the elevator on the fourth floor were worn and wrinkled. The furniture was chipping in the bathroom and in the main bedroom. The carpet in my room was stained heavily and appeared vacuumed but did not appear clean.

Overall great stay, rooms nice and comfortable. Would recommend. It's amazing how a nice hotel can let some little things slip. Carpet on 4th floor very worn, room desk in need of some stain, elevator doors needed fresh paint. Just some simple things that were not as pristine as they should be.
