Fabulous property !! Very nicely designed and well-maintained. With good parking and conveniently located close to the city centre. My wife and I loved our stay.

Spent one night here and wish it was more! Spotlessly clean, lovely big room and bathroom with view over Bath. Nice self serve bar and the breakfast was amazing. Will stay again when next in Bath.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a fantastic place with genuinely lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. They were so accommodating, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home.
I especially loved their motto, “HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!” — and they really do live by it. One lovely example was the unlocked fridge, stocked with drinks for guests to help themselves to. You simply pay for what you have and let the staff know. It was such a refreshing display of trust and honesty.
The parking was a real bonus, and the location was very convenient — around a 15-minute walk to the city centre and about 20 minutes to the Roman Baths.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
