We booked hotel easily ( back in march )
I realised I would be arriving at hotel after the 10pm cutoff so I messaged the hotel directly and got great response. The hotel actually booked us into its sister hotel ( 300 meter along from where hotel was situated) because it would be attended 24/7 .
I had a great stay , everything was perfect

Room was clean. Parking OK. Did not see any staff until breakfast, lift did not work. Had to chek i.n at another hotel, there was no communication to this effect
