We had stayed here a number of years ago. During this stay the hotel the hotel was in the middle of renovations and construction. The expected amenities were not available. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean. We would like to return when the renovations have been completed.

This hotel was even better than I expected. The attentiveness, care, efficiency, and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. The pictures, on the site don’t do as much justice as they should for the quality of the hotel. The hotel does have parts that are under construction, but this did not hinder or disrupt the stay. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, convenient, secure, and comfortable space to stay in Santiago, I highly recommend.

Last minute booking and they were available to help me. Arrived very late and had no issues getting my room.
Very affordable and a nice atmosphere.
