We stayed in the Towers and it was wonderful! Beto and Leo were our butlers and they did a fantastic job helping us with any reservations.

Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great.
