Overall good hotel. Staff are super helpful. But it does not have a gym. The carpet is a little smelly.

As a family with young children this was a great hotel. Breakfast and the little store and laundry and a shuttle close proximity to so many things was just a lifesaver.

I loved that we had a kitchenette as well as a lounge chair in our room. It was a fair size for a room in Tokyo. The nearby parks for walking around were lovely. There were 2 stations on different train lines within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options.
