This hotel is in a great location, breakfast was amazing and afternoon tea a lovely touch, however we had room 10 which was above reception and the hotel entrance so was quite noisy with people returning early hrs and delivery’s being dropped off some days before 6am, we did speak to reception but unfortunately they had no rooms free to move us, I would return to this hotel however I would request a room at the back.
If you are a deep sleeper I’m sure you would have no problems.
Staff friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

Such a special little hotel! The front desk staff is just outstanding. The level of hospitality is very high. The afternoon tea was lovely. Our shower was not at all clean—wads of the previous guest’s hair were on the shower wall and floor. We only had one towel but the staff quickly addressed that. We appreciated the lemon water and lemonade at the front desk. This hotel is in a terrific location in Seville. Parking is nearby but not on property.
