Fresh and new feel to the property with updated decor and thoughtful upgrades to shower and linens. Staff was particularly helpful and kind.

Areas around the hotel were rough with street construction and older facilities, but the hotel itself was very nice .

Everything has great except the beds! The beds are too short and the blankets were extremely heavy and unnecessary leading us to overheat every night. Could not sleep at all during our stay. Location is convenient, could walk to many restaurants and close to skytrain.

This hotel met the reviews I had seen and then more. In the morning when the coffee ran out, one of the members went out of his way to get my husband coffee as soon as it was ready and brought it to him! Shuttle service to airport was free and worked with the schedule we needed to get to the airport even when that time changed last minute. Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at! I felt like a queen!
