Regarding the facilities, there is room for improvement in the plumbing. The shower water pressure was weak, and I was troubled by a constant dripping sound from the drain throughout the night. Additionally, I occasionally noticed the smell of cannabis while sitting on the balcony; I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it was a bit .
However, I cannot thank the Duty Manager at the front desk, enough for her exceptional support. During this trip, I encountered two serious issues with my airline: my suitcase was damaged on the flight to Krabi, and the return flight was abruptly rescheduled due to airline convenience. Mrs. Oom provided invaluable assistance in resolving these difficult situations. Her dedication and professionalism truly saved my trip, and I am deeply grateful for her help.

Spacious room, big bed, and clean toilet and bath. Staff are very courteous and friendly.
Breakfast is just okay.
Van driver who took us to airport in the afternoon was nice and very careful in his driving.
Overall, worth the stay there.
