We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. The restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service.
Our only criticism was that our initial room (401) was extremely small and not what we expected. However, after speaking with reception, we were moved to room 405, which was much more comfortable and made a significant difference to our stay.
Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location with excellent staff, and we would happily return.
