Cricklade House Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Excellent customer service provided throughout our stay. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Good choice of food at both our evening meal & breakfast Lovely views over the countryside

Breakfast buffet is quite limited but adequate. Toast, jam, assorted fruits, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans and hash browns. Scrambled eggs would have been better. Room was quite large but old. Peeling paint on the baseboard, old granny wallpaper and a bathroom from 1980. The toilet won't flush without a lot of extra effort. Air conditioner would have been appreciated. It was 81 degrees (27) and stifling in the room. This hotel needs updating desperately. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and the landscape is stunning

Yes very good.

We stayed at the Cricklade Hotel & Spa for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary & couldn't have had a better time. The staff were amazing. Always on hand to get whatever you needed. Special thanks goes to Geveena who took such great care of us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We found the hotel in general, the rooms, the restaurant and the pool & spa area all very well maintained & very clean. The food was excellent. Plenty of choice at breakfast & the lunch & evening menus were very good & reasonably priced. We both had treatments in the spa which were lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel & are thinking of going back with some friends next summer.
