Great service

The room, restaurants, buffet, and staff were excellent! The only reason I marked the staff as 4 rather than 5 was simply to address this: I and my guest live in Puerto Plata, and a friend was picking us up at check-out. Gate security would not let him pass, and the desk clerk needed to speak with management to get that permission. I understand to an extent the "resort taxi" bit, but I live locally and did not need theur taxi service. I think the hotel itself can rectify this issue but perhaps not.
