The support personnel was excellent, who did all they could and more to help us. But, two flaws:
1. No cable TV and that wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. That was particularly important while the World Soccer tournament was being held. A special subscription for that event would have been greatly appreciated and wouldn’t have cost much.
2. The freezer door in Loft 33 kept being frozen locked, and we had to ask daily to have it unlocked.

Loved the Location. size of the Room and its
Layout. Believe there should have been cleaning service without having to pay additional cost

Perfect location in Old Montreal. Very comfortable and clean room - slept amazing in the firm bed. The hotel was super responsive and helpful over Whatsapp. If you appreciate asethetic this hotel is a great option - clean modern and expensive feeling details. Tons of storage and soft mood lighting. Highly recommend.
