The hotel is well located, easily accessed.it's a bit worned out on certain minor aspects.
Some amenities look outdated, but it gives the hotel its charm

A few minutes' walk from Niigata station. Very convenient and good value.

The property and rooms were a little dated and the rooms smelled like smoke. Room size was adequate and breakfast buffet was good, with Adele ton of local area dishes.
But overall good value
