We stayed for two nights at this property and it is very close to the train station but a slightly longer walk to the town cente (around 30min). The room is modest, but has everything you need for a short stay. The in house restaurant was excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities including chill out areas, a great gym, and pool. Would stay here again next time we are in Bologna.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I used the courtesy laundry room which was easy once I figured out the app. The pool was relaxing. It was an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is conveniently near the train station, and there are a couple of pizza joints within walking distance.
