A very nice and clean hotel. Friendly atmosphere.

Marine Congo is a well located, family run hotel in a quiet residential part of Rhodes town, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, and perhaps 40 minutes walk into the centre of Rhodes town. Some good local restaurants nearby, well frequented by locals as well as some tourists, and a very good coffee shop just up the road for fresh coffee, break, pastries etc. The rooms were very clean, and although the hotel is perhaps a little dated, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The small pool was enough to have a cooling dip but not really big enough for a proper swim, but we spent most of our time on the beach where comfortable sunbeds were available for 7 euros per person per day.

The staff service was amazing. They make you feel like you are staying with family. The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach or go into Old Town

My room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom fine. Bug screen on the balcony door which was good. Staff very friendly and professional. Bar and reception open 24 hrs. Good WiFi (I stayed connected to the hotel WiFi in the cafe across the road). All good. No issues at all.
