Excellent staff and nice amenities. We were given a bigger room but without view which we had booked, but they moved us immediately:).

I have stayed at both Fairmounts in Vancouver and this one is the best. The room is nicer (and more updated), the staff was very nice and welcoming, and the amenities were great. Loved the downstairs bar with great food options and great fitness/spa. Also very close to the waterfront area and restaurants.
