Beautiful property on the lake. Check in was slow and they were behind schedule, which was frustrating. However, they gave us free breakfast vouchers, which helped. The restaurant was great, we ended up eating there twice. It’s also one of the only waterfront places to eat, as most of downtown isn’t waterfront. It’s a quick walk to downtown, but it’s hilly at points. It was nice to relax by the lake and watch the sunset, and enjoy the firepits at night. There’s also a cute ice cream place next door. Room was clean and modern, and pool/hot tub were nice for a quick dip. Overall, I’d recommend.

Hotel was nice. Beautiful view. Restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was the layout of the bathroom. Very awkward.

Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay.
Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests.
In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking out of the window.
A great place to visit and a good getaway from the hustle & bustle of big towns and cities.

Great property. Very well-appointed. Love the ability to sit by the lake or by the fire or walk downtown for coffee or to a trail or hop in the car for a beautiful drive. Excellent stay!
