Food was very good , probably the best I had in Vietnam. Staff is amazing, very friendly and engaging. I will 100% recommend Rosa Boutique Cruise.
The only complain I have is about the fact that the water in the Ha Long area is becoming polluted with plastic and trash.

Pleasant overall. Can't really complain about the room or setvice. Perhaps just no Wifi and our room is a little noisy being quite close to the motor.
Their Rosa Limousine Bus we took from Hanoi is a little underwhelmed. Big spaces, but the leg rest doesn't work and dirty floor carpet. Bus could definitely be maintained better.

The Rosa Boutique cruise was a small size cruise that provides a comfortable setting to chat with other guests but enough space to sit quietly as well. The meals on the cruise are extensive and tasty. The guide was helpful and accessible. During the kayaking part, he joined the group to ensure everyone had a good experience.
