Great location, helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms. Facility grounds and maintenance could be improved. Breakfast needed some variety.

Recently and beautifully renovated, The Tranquil House Inn was charming and delightful! Very comfortable and ideally located, within walking distance to so many eateries and parks and historic sites. And they have a partnership with the Village Beach Club just across the bridge in Nags Head that provides free parking and access to the beach, a pool, and the amenities associated with the club. We took advantage of that and enjoyed an easy day at the beach. The 1857 restaurant at the Inn was very good with excellent food and views of the waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
