Pleasant outmosphere especially staff Very welcoming & professional, clean Rooms 👌 immaculately, the only. thing Thing that is missing is the Elevator i hope The Meyer of SFO can consider to fund The Urban Hotel with the necessity of the Building, however staff they are already Doing great running the building and also Professionalism is everything for travelers!!

I'll start by saying my first 4star hotel reservation fell thru due to location. So here it was going long into the night almost 4 reservations later when my friend and I stumbled upon this one last minute. Price worked, location was ideal so I took a leap of faith that it'll all work itself out. I had hopes. Luckily for me it did. Definitely not a 4 star resort but if ur not traveling with kids, don't have high expectations and working on a budget THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT! I wasn't too excited about the 'shared bathrooms /showers' cuz I had never experienced these types before but now I have and I can honestly say I was quite impressed not disappointing at all. I had pictured in my head sum thing completely different and out of the norm. But it resembled places similar to other communal places I've visited in the past for example: camping sites, or dorm settings. And the place was exceptionally clean. I wore shower sandles most the time. I was bummed there was no pool but u get what u pay for I suppose. And there's no fridges or microwaves in ur room so plan ahead if u are the type to go shopping and pack lunches or extra food. We actually ended up buying light microwaveable meals and sandwich supplies . Buying an ice bag and putting everything in the garbage pale (lined with a garbage bag of course) it worked just as well. Good thing is they have a common room in the main lobby there they have a microwave u can utilize along with plastic utensils, occasionally hot coffee too!

Surprised by the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Very good !!!

Room, restrooms, and showers were clean. Staff was nice. Best part is the location. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Not a far walk from the BART station.
